Terms and Conditions

1.     The purpose of Coaching and Energy Healing is to improve the overall well-being of the mind, body, and spirit. 

A Coaching relationship engages in direct and personal conversations. We may discuss emotional, physical, nutritional, and spiritual health during our time together. Throughout the working relationship, our conversations are a collaborative process that will explore my goals, desires, and interests. You may be asked to dig deep, as results do not come from only exploring the surface. Coaching facilitates breaking through preconceived beliefs or limitations. However, this is your journey and you are in control at all times. If you are uncomfortable with any conversation topic and/or become emotionally or physically uncomfortable or distressed during a session, you will notify your Coach immediately. You understand that you are in control of your emotions and your body, therefore, you will not hold LoveWorks Wellness LLC or Adrienne Smiley liable for what may arise within you during the Coaching sessions. This Coaching relationship is based on openness, compassion, non-judgment, and a commitment to speak truthfully, with your best interest in mind. The intention is that you feel safe at all times.

 2.     Adrienne Smiley is not a Therapist, Licensed Dietitian, Naturopathic Doctor or Medical Physician and does not diagnose diseases, disorders or conditions. LoveWorks Wellness LLC and Adrienne Smiley are in no way liable for your health or safety.

 3.     As part of the Coaching or Energy Healing Services, you may be asked to provide information that could be considered personal. Adrienne Smiley will hold this information in confidence and will not release or disclose this information to any other person, without your prior consent, except as required by applicable law.

You understand that on occasion the Company may anonymously share generalized information for training or consultation purposes with other Coaching professionals. Your identity and any information that could lead to your identification will remain entirely and strictly confidential. You may be asked to give a review of the services received and if you so choose, you will share only the information that you see fit or feel comfortable with sharing.

4.     Should you request Adrienne Smiley to recommend dietary changes and/or nutritional supplements to enhance my body’s natural ability to resist and/or overcome a known disease, disorder or condition, it is your responsibility to disclose the nature of the disease, disorder or condition and all other relevant details to Adrienne Smiley. If you have not previously consulted a licensed Physician or Naturopath about this disease, disorder or condition, you acknowledge that you are directed to promptly do so. You are not to alter or discontinue treatments prescribed by a licensed Naturopath, Physician or other licensed health professional without consulting the individual who prescribed the treatment.

5.     In providing Coaching and Energy Healing Services to me, Adrienne Smiley is relying upon the truth, accuracy and completeness of all information you have provide to her. Any recommendations you follow for changes in diet and/or lifestyle, including the use of nutritional supplements, are entirely your decision and your responsibility.

6.     You understand that achieving your goals (in whole or part) cannot be guaranteed and no warranties are given. You understand that the success of Coaching is strongly influenced by your willingness to participate. You understand that you must have the intention and desire to create change in your life, and the willingness to explore, challenge, and change thoughts, feelings, and actions that you recognize as self-defeating. You are willing to be open to new concepts, try new ways of learning, be honest and open with your feelings, be receptive to feedback, keep to your commitments, and inform your Coach immediately if/when things are not working for you.

You understand Adrienne Smiley has your best interest in mind and will wholeheartedly guide you on this journey with the intention of providing a safe space for you to explore your personal development.

7.     In consideration of your participation in the Coaching and Energy Healing Services, you hereby accept all risk to your health, including injury or death that may result from such participation and you hereby release LoveWorks Wellness LLC and Adrienne Smiley, on your behalf and on behalf of your personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin, and assigns from any and all costs, claims, causes of action and damages arising from any and all illness or injury to your person, including your death, that may result from or occur as a result of your participation in the Coaching and Energy Healing Services, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

8.    48 HOURS is required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. For appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 HOURS prior to your appointment time, you will be billed at a rate of 50%.

9.     You understand that any services you undertake at LoveWorks Wellness LLC are undertaken of your own free will. You accept that the ultimate responsibility for your health care is your own, and that LoveWorks Wellness LLC is here to support you in this. You understand that your coach reserves the right to determine which cases fall outside their scope of practice, in which event an appropriate referral will be recommended.

10.     You hereby agree to assume full responsibility for any manner of loss, injury, claim or damage whatsoever, known or unknown, incurred as a result of same and you, your heirs, executors, administrators or assigns for any loss, injury, claim or damage sustained as a result of your attendance and/or participation. By participating in Coaching and Energy Healing Services, you acknowledge that you have read the above release and waiver of liability, and fully understand its contents and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated.
